At Maxwell Equestrian we understand that online shopping can be a tricky business and our number one priority is maintaining happy customers. If your product does not fit correctly, or is at all faulty, please contact us in the first instance as soon as possible.
If a different size is required, we can exchange the product, buyer to pay postage and the product(s) must be returned in new, unused condition.
If you require a refund for a faulty product, we will require pictures of the fault before we post you a return satchel. The product(s) must be returned in new, unused condition. In this instance, we offer either exchange or refund.
All returns or exchanges of stock must occur within 30 days of the original purchase date.
